Furniture Village sent someone round to evaluate it and they said it had not sagged enough for a refund! Do not waste your money on this mattress. The mattress now has two half moon shapes on either side and a big ridge in the middle. I rotated it every week for six weeks and then every two weeks thereafter to no avail. very dissappointedīoth my wife and I are not large people, we purchased a very expensive Hypnos mattress with a topper and within a month and a half it was already sagging.
